QP District 5 star Business Hotel formed part of the QP District, a $3 billion mixed-use project in the heart of Doha's business district including offices, Data Centre, restaurants, a conference centre a retail shopping area, and other amenities. The project formed a new ‘street’ to a 4th-floor podium area and linked also to the new Doha Metro system and adjoining station.
White Sands Hotel

Rocky’s Restaurant & Bar

The brief for this project was a new ground & first floor restaurant and bar to a busy street on the main square in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
This involved the construction of an extension to the rear on a tight site within proximity to the historic grounds of Nenagh castle and conversion of part of the adjoining public bar and overhead residential which was shared between two buildings. The result was a 1st floor restaurant served from a ground floor bar area with associated kitchen, staff and toilet facilities.

An existing series of buildings on Cross street Athenry within the historic core was refurbished and retrofitting to a Ground floor bar/venue, separate café with the bakery to the rear and first-floor Guesthouse, including kitchen, storage, and associated facilities.
The project is associated with and supports the existing Old Barracks restaurant and café on the opposite side of the street and provides a number of successful and collaborative services to further enhance the town centre.
